Clinical Excellence with a Smile

“I was majoring in chemistry at Villanova University when my path turned to chiropractic. I was going on interviews to be a pharmaceutical sales representative, and they always asked me what I wanted to be doing in five years. My answer was always the same: “I want to be helping people, enjoying my work, while making a difference.”

“I had met some chiropractors that truly enjoyed what they did and loved their work. I was so amazed by the concept of helping people just by using your hands. It was then I decided to apply to chiropractic college.”

Sports, Stage, and Movie Sets

Dr. Quigley also has adjusted many top-performing celebrities, including members of the Eagles, Duran Duran, Die Antwoord, players on the Red Sox, Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Marathon, and worked on several movie sets, most recently for the movie Central Intelligence.

Chiropractic Training

Dr. Chris attended New York Chiropractic College. While there, he learned many chiropractic techniques to help a wide spectrum of people.

He enjoyed learning about the healing abilities the body naturally has and how chiropractors help the body to function better. He also met a few chiropractors that became mentors to him and helped him set up his own successful practice.

Dedicated to Clinical Excellence

Dr. Quigley recently completed a fellowship in Primary Spine Care. The Fellowship is Certified in Joint Providership from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine, Office of Continuing Medical Education, Cleveland University Kansas City, College of Chiropractic, and the Academy of Chiropractic. It is the first joint providership program between medical and chiropractic academia.

The Fellowship Program is a 2-year intensive program on the spine and teaches the latest research findings in managing trauma cases and pain management, advanced imaging, collaboration with surgeons to help prevent surgery, and specializing in locating “before non-evident” causes of the pain.

He earned his certification in chiropractic spinal trauma from Life West University and the international chiropractors association 1998.

He has additional certification in caring for spinal trauma patients from the International Chiropractors Association Division of Applied Sciences and Life West University. This allows Dr. Quigley to offer the latest techniques based upon peer-reviewed research when caring for his patients, while also drawing from 36 years of practice experience.

Tiana Celesia, RD, registered dietician

Tiana Celesia, RD

Registered Dietitian

Read Bio

Tiana always had an interest in food and nutrition, even as a child. At college, she was halfway through before she found out nutrition was a career and switched her focus. Unfortunately, at that time, a career in nutrition centered on allopathic and hospital nutrition and treating people who were already sick. She knew there had to be more!

A Different Approach

Tiana studied nutrition while her husband was in chiropractic school. She was impressed by the holistic model of health, and understanding how the body is a self-healing organism; it just needs the right materials to function properly.

Continuing her studies in holistic, wellness-based nutrition, Tiana found the philosophy of functional medicine, which is about helping people get well and not just treating their symptoms or deficiencies. Focusing on the underlying cause of their issues, she helps them discover any dysfunction in the body and provides support to balance it. This may mean addressing small imbalances or symptoms before it can progress to a condition or disease that has a name.

Along the way, Tiana became a Registered Dietitian and is a licensed nutritionist in Massachusetts. She earned Holistic Health Coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and is certified in Applied Functional Medicine from the School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM).

Away From the Practice

It should come as no surprise that Tiana loves food and cooking. She also loves anything centered on water or the ocean. That includes walks on the beach, boating, and fishing. You might also find her reading the latest nutrition book by the pool.

What Patients Are Saying

Chanda Linn

Everybody is very nice. My back has been feeling better since I started treatment.

Nora Jurkschat

Love coming here - it is like a second family! Everyone is so kind, and they really explain your case to you, educate you on how a healthy spine looks like, and then build a solid plan to get you better. This is my weekly routine, coming here, feeling better, feeling happy. Since I started, I made so much progress: my posture got much better, I stopped having regular migraines and dizziness, and now I am able to get through my days feeling my best! Join us!

Marcus Wadlington

A very comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Chris. Clearly explained the assessment findings, treatment plan, and insurance coverage/billing. The scheduling is very easy and appointments are efficient. I feel relief with each visit and the music in the office is a great touch. The only thing that could be improved are early or late hours to accommodate healthcare worker schedules'...7a to 7p.

German Ojeda

CSFC provides quality care by trained and qualified professionals. Not only have they been of great help with the pains and pangs but they also brought to my attention various other areas where I need help but I wasn't aware. Excellent experience!!

I highly trust and recommend Charles Street Family Chiropractic to my family + friends. I have been a patient since 2023. The team here has genuinely helped me heal severe spine pain & return to a better pain-free quality of life with my spine. The entire team here at Charles Street Family Chiropractic is knowledgeable, reliable, patient, trustworthy, helpful & friendly every visit I’ve had since 2023! The office has truly provided relief to my spinal / neck injury + pain I was suffering from before I started my care plan with the team here leading me to a now pain-free life the vast majority of days Dr. Chris & Dr. Kelly in addition to the entire helpful care team assisted me to identify injuries causing my severe back & neck pain plus limiting my mobility which all started after I had been involved in a car crash in 2023. Carefully looking at my imaging Dr. Chris & the team recommended a range of non-invasive treatments including physical therapy exercises in combination with chiropractic adjustments. The team also incorporated Spinal Decompression sessions & laser therapy atop other helpful non-invasive relief-providing treatments that aided my body to heal & strengthen to where I was before my injury. Thankful this practice exists to help me & other patients reduce pain levels and return to life pain free again with non-invasive options! Parts of my life I have been able to return to with significantly lower to zero pain levels & improved mobility than when I first started treatment for my injury include everyday things such as being a Dad to help care for my partner and our toddler + dog at home, work as a private chef / ride share driver, play tennis, go for runs, hike & walk my dog all thanks to the care at Charles Street Family Chiropractic!
